Another Canadian Thanksgiving has come and gone. I hope you’ve taken this opportunity, as I have, to think about all the things and people you’re thankful for!
My bestie always calls me a Crazy Canadian for all our silly differences. This holiday is one of them. But, even it you’re not celebrating Thanksgiving right now, it’s a great time to remember what you’re thankful for. Me? I’m thankful for having a loving husband, healthy children, supportive sisters and good parents, a sister-from-another-mister who just gets me, a roof over my head and food in my belly.
You know who else I’m thankful for? You! I am so grateful that you’ve decided to visit my blog and take the time out of your day to read these words. If I’ve managed to put a smile on one person’s face, or remind one lonely soul that there are reasons to be thankful even though life might not be dealing you the best of times right now, then my job here is done.
If you leave this post thinking one thing, I hope it’s about all those little things that you take for granted every day. It’s never to late to say thank you, or I’m sorry. A little bit of compassion can go a long way. #kindnessmatters
I’m thankful for my bestie! 🙂
