In November, I was focusing pretty hard core on a romance. The tides have changed! Are you ready for a little excitement to spice up your life? Do you want to feel your heart pounding and kick-start your brain?
The Indie Academy has just what you need with 30 crime, mystery, and thriller stories for you to sink your teeth into. Solve the riddles and save the day without ever having to step out into the cold! My contribution: Playing House, A Black Widow Novel.

If I can’t be happy, no one can.
My name is Clarisse Blackwell. With nothing left to lose, I’m a dangerous woman. There’s a reason they call me the Black Widow. My boyfriend died trying to kill me, and my husband died trying to save my life.
Lying. Cheating. Stealing. It’s what I do. You think you know me? You don’t, and neither does the man whose life mustn’t be worth living anymore. Our relationship is like an explosion set to detonate on my command. He thinks he knows me. His mistake. He thinks he’s different. He doesn’t believe I’m cursed. I’ll make him believe. READ MORE.
The Chatham-Kent Public Library will be featuring seventeen authors at the local author expo this weekend! Ever wonder how to publish a book? This author festival is for you!
The event will take place on Saturday, April 29 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm in the cafe at the Chatham-Kent Public Library Chatham Branch at 120 Queen Street, Chatham.
Come out early and learn more about writing and the publishing process. Four published writers, myself included, will be forming a panel from 10:00 am to 11:00 am to answer all those writing and publshing questions!
Can’t make it for the author panel? Stop by between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to meet some local authors, ask questions, support local by buying a book or two, or pop on over for author readings from 2:00 to 3:00. You won’t want to miss it!
Thanks to everyone who visited me at Tilbury’s First Annual Art in the Park last weekend. The event was a resounding success! Could we have asked for nicer weather? The sprinkling at the end of our day didn’t hurt anyone. 😉
Attendance was steady and I was greeted with lots of friendly smiles and good laughs. Traffic was so steady, in fact, that I didn’t even find time to eat lunch! I hope all who bought my books enjoy!!! I can hardly believe I sold out of two titles and just sold out of another title thanks to a satisfied customer who has come back for more! A big thanks goes out to the Tilbury Arts Council for putting on this amazing event. I guess next year I’ll have to bump up my book inventory. Hugs to you all!!
Before I go, you might be wondering whether you were the grand prize winner of my giveaway.
