You know the saying that goes a little something like this?

Many people attribute this quote to Anthony Robbins, Henry Ford, and even Albert Einstein. The point to be taken away here is:

HERE GOES NOTHING!

You know me, always trying new things. With my newest book, which I’ve been sitting on since June 2015 due to its unusual nature, I’ve decided to try something drastic. I want to grow my reader base. I want to get my books in front of lots and lots of faces. This plan could fail miserably and ruin my book launch, or maybe something truly amazing will happen. I’ll never know unless I try. (more…)

How To Find Your Kindle.com Address on Amazon

Amazon author central profile for Christa SimpsonI can’t tell you how many times readers have told me they don’t have a Kindle.com address. I’m here to tell you now:

If you read on the Kindle app, you have a Kindle.com address.

Here are directions to help you find your kindle.com address on Amazon and show you how to receive an e-book directly onto your Kindle reading device, or any other device with the Kindle app. There is one exception, and you can scroll to the bottom to see what that is. Okay! Let’s get to it, shall we?

First off, you need to log in to your Amazon account where you buy all your books. I’m in Canada, so I typed “Amazon.ca” in the address bar of Internet Explorer and then logged in on Amazon as usual.

In the upper right corner, point your cursor over the spot where mine reads, “Hello Christa. Your Account” and select “Manage Your Content and Devices“.
